  • Chris Williams, MBA

    Chris is from Columbia, South Carolina. He earned his bachelor’s degree in criminology from Lander University where he was also a Founding Father of Delta Sigma Phi. He then went on to earn his Master of Business Administration at WGU and is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Business Administration program at Liberty University. After college, he joined his fraternity’s headquarters at Delta Sigma Phi, working as a Senior Growth Coordinator for nearly two years. In his free time, Chris enjoys hunting, fishing and boating. He also enjoys pulling for the Baltimore Ravens on Sundays.

  • Douglas Maine

    Doug Maine retired from IBM in 2005, which he joined in 1998 as its CFO, after spending 20 years with MCI Communications (now part of Verizon) and serving as its CFO. Doug serves on the board of directors of Quest Technology Management, Chime Solutions, Acreage Holdings, Veea, Seismic, and Olympusat. He has previously served on the board of directors of three other public and seven other private companies. He is an Executive-in-Residence for Columbia University’s School of Business. Doug is a graduate of Temple University and received an MBA from Hofstra University, where he serves as the Chairman of the Zarb School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board.

  • Lenny Cheah, MBA

    Lenny is from San Diego, California. He is two times an Aztec from San Diego State University, where he earned his Master of Business Administration & bachelor’s degree in Finance. As a scholarship award winner & community leader he worked with Zeta Beta Tau, Beta Lambda at San Diego State as their primary chapter advisor from 2017 - 2022. During his tenure, the chapter experienced rapid growth from 5 - 100+ brothers, achieving their own awards, impacts, and recognition. He has worked in Finance his entire career and founded his consulting firm. Currently, he works for a Fortune 500, publicly traded company. Lenny enjoys mentoring younger brothers, traveling, and making unique dinner reservations in his free time. Go Aztecs!
